THE INNER COMPASS, A Leadership Dialogue & Experiential Introduction to Himalayan Meditation

Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Free

Does the constant flow of information, endless choice and competing narratives drain your time, attention and energy?

Book your seat at Eventbrite

This session is free to attend – it introduces a meditation practice that can open us to a wealth of inner resource – an Inner Compass – that cuts through the mental noise and reveals our own unique wisdom and intuition.  Discover how to access that deep intelligence, strength and peace within.

A practical introduction to meditation for people who value clarity, reason and direct experience. Modern life sharpens the intellect, often at the cost of inner peace. This session introduces a meditation practice that works with the mind, not against it, allowing clarity, calm, and insight to emerge naturally.

The speaker at this event is H.H. Shree Shivkrupanand Swami who spent 16 years in the Himalayas immersed in the ancient meditation practices. He imparts this timeless knowledge and gives attendees an opportunity to experience the Himalayan meditation for themselves.

Who is it for?  The session is open to the public; students, academics, current and future business leaders; analytical thinkers and anyone who is perhaps curious but sceptical of claims that meditation may be of benefit.
