Yoga Coffee Club

Indulge in your Saturday rhythm and energize with Yoga Coffee Club, a weekly session hosted at The White House by Tap Social.

Participate in a 60-minute yoga class suitable for all abilities, followed by a delightful selection of coffee and fresh pastries from Proof Social Bakehouse. This cosy and centrally located event takes place at The White House, just a brief 10-minute stroll from central Oxford on Abingdon Road.

Tickets cover the 60-minute yoga class, a hot beverage, and a delectable Proof pastry.

About Sarah Ann James

Yoga Sarah, an experienced instructor, has taught in various Oxford-area studios and as a freelance trainer. Completing her 200-hour training in 2018, she has further specialized in Yin yoga and pre/post-natal yoga. Sarah’s teaching encompasses various styles, prioritizing well-being and body awareness, including vinyasa, power yoga, restorative, and pregnancy yoga. Her classes feature creative flows and playlists accessible to all levels.


Is the yoga class suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, the yoga class is tailored to accommodate all levels.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Ideally, bring your own mat. However, there will be a limited number of mats available to borrow.

Can children attend?

The session is primarily for young adults aged 16 and above.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is no dedicated parking at The White House. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, and please be mindful of restrictions. The nearest public car park is at Hinksey Park Car Park, a 5-minute walk from The White House.
