A beautiful evening of cacao, yoga, meditation & breathwork followed by a supportive, loving circle with snacks and tea

Put simply, this is an evening of love, support, openness and self discovery.

Born from friends who see the need for community and spaces where women feel held, safe and free.

Join Jess, Phoebe & Cate as we welcome you to the Women’s Empowerment Circle.

What happens during this epic evening?

…Well, we begin with a little welcome circle and cacao ceremony guided by our lovely friend Cate, then Jess will guide you through a breathwork journey to allow you open, release and feel peace. We then begin our meditation and beautiful yoga flow guided by Phoebe, after this we will come together for journaling and open the circle for sharing, listening and supporting.

If you feel the call to explore what it’s like to be supported in the kind of communities we used to belong to then this is for you. No experience of any of the practises necessary, we welcome everyone. This is a safe place. Come play!
