The Galleries at The Story Museum, Oxford

A visit to the Galleries at The Story Museum includes the Portal, the Whispering Wood, the Treasure Chamber and the Enchanted Library.
Start your visit to the Galleries in the Portal – a travel office that will equip you for your journey into the world of stories. Then enter the Whispering Wood – a mysterious indoor forest where every tree has a story to tell and a secret to reveal. Your story journey continues in the Treasure Chamber with the immersive exhibition, ‘Brilli-ANT: How someone small changed a big story’. Your day ticket also includes entry to the Enchanted Library – a library like no other. Lose yourself in imaginary worlds from Wonderland to Narnia, the Hundred Acre Wood to Lyra’s Oxford – memorable moments from eight favourite stories, chosen with the help of children and young people.
The  Story Museum is open Tuesday-Friday, 09:30-16:30 and on Saturday & Sunday, 09:00-17:30 during term-time. During the Oxfordshire state school holidays, the Museum is open daily, 09:00-17:30. Please check the website for opening days/hours before visiting. Recommended for ages 5+.
