Sunday Jazz in the Glasshouse

Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
£12 – £39.95

Foodies and music lovers alike will be able to tuck into a classic Sunday roast – with a jazz twist – at the Crazy Bear in Stadhampton this weekend.

The iconic hotel and restaurant is hosting Sunday Jazz in the Glasshouse, which will allow customers to experience a truly decadent three-course roast while enjoying a live jazz band.

Held every second Sunday of the month, the event started in style in November, with bookings available through until May 10.

A soundtrack of smooth jazz tunes will be provided by Sepha, fronted by London-based vocalist Rosie, who has performed alongside stars such as Camila Cabello, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Jess Glynne.

Florentina Ionita, Event Sales Coordinator at Crazy Bear, said: “Sundays are for slowing down and taking things easy, which makes our Sunday Jazz in the Glasshouse the perfect opportunity to indulge the senses.

“With locally sourced meats from trusted farms, perfectly roasted vegetables from local growers, and homemade Yorkshire puddings with all the traditional trimmings on your plate, relax and savour the smooth and soulful sounds of Sepha.

“All of this takes place in our relaxed and welcoming Glasshouse setting, ensuring Crazy Bear is the place to unwind and enjoy a Sunday with family and friends.”

Starters include ham hock terrine, Armagnac home cured salmon, wild mushroom arancini, and fire roasted courgette.

The roast mains include roasted dry-aged striploin of beef, slow-roast pork belly, and slow-cooked half chicken, and all come with roast potatoes, carrots, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy sauce. Other main options are Jerusalem artichoke gnocchi and pan seared seabass fillet.

The dessert selections consist of Earl Grey and chestnut burnt cheesecake, vanilla crème brulée, sticky toffee pudding, and a selection of sorbets. A refined selection of teas and freshly ground coffee are available to round off the experience.

Live jazz band Sepha will be available from midday to 5pm only. Adults dine for £39.95, while children under the age of 12 eat for £34.95.
