StubHub International Gains Independence with New Owners, Following CMA Approval.
All StubHub entities outside USA and Canada to become new independent group.
BOSTON, MA., September 8th, 2021. Digital Fuel Capital (“Digital Fuel”), an investment operating company focused on building leaders in e-commerce, has received the approval of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to become the new owner of StubHub International (SHI).
