An exclusive event in the Conservatory: At 6pm, as the children make their way home, the grown-ups get their chance to learn a skill with the Mad Hatter’s cocktail class.

You’ll be greeted with The Mad Hatter’s signature cocktail teapots to sip as you get settled in. Using Oxford Psychic Gin the class will begin with a classic recipe to create Gin Sours. To demonstrate the versatility of your new-found knowledge, we’ll be adapting this classic cocktail to create a magical colour-changing “Frog Footman”. You’ll then choose which drink to make next. Choose from a bubbling, rum-based “Jabberwocky Brew”, or a tropical Tequila-laced “Looking Glass-House”, whose ingredients are inspired by your immediate surroundings. Perhaps (like us!) you’ll be encouraged by Wonderland to eat and drink whenever the chance presents itself, and choose a “Lemon-y Thicket” deliciously served with a toasted meringue foam.
