Graven Hill site tour for housing professionals – 9 May 11:30-2pm

Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

Join the Task Force on a guided tour of the UK’s largest custom and self build development

Thursday 11:30pm-2pm

Graven Hill is now in its 8th year of operation, with many streets of self and custom build homes built out, and many more still to come, as well as a host of other market housing opportunities. To share the learnings from the site, the Right to Build Task Force, in association with the Graven Hill Village Development Company, is leading a series of guided tours of the site, offering professional insight from planning to the practicalities of delivering custom and self build at scale.

  • What does the future of housing development look like?
  • How can landowners or local authorities add value to existing assets or land on their brownfields register?
  • How can the opportunity to customise or design a home lead to happier, healthier, more settled communities?
  • While Graven Hill’s affordable housing is not custom and self build – how can the model deliver affordable housing?
  • What does the largest Custom and Self Build housing development in Europe look like today?

Find out by signing up for this one-and-a-half hour (onsite) guided tour of this exciting development, hosted by a Task Force expert.
