Gong Bath with Anna Oldfield Session 1

A gong bath is form of sound healing meditation where participants are ‘bathed’ in sound vibrations from various instruments.

Join OPS for a unique and transformative sound healing experience with the power of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Gong baths help to induce deep relaxation, release stress and tension, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being.

During this session, you will be guided through a meditative journey, where the therapeutic sounds of the gongs will create a healing environment that is both safe and supportive.

*****What to Bring*****

– Blankets and warm layers as the body cools down quickly when lying in stillness, as well as a cushion or two for comfort

– Plenty of water to stay hydrated

– An eye pillow or scarf to cover the eyes if this will bring you extra comfort
