This programme is designed and delivered by Oxfordshire Discovery College and we are able to provide this programme free of charge thanks to our generous funders.
A Discovery College is a place where you can be with people who understand, where you can learn about what you are feeling and what you can do to make things feel a bit better. We bring together professional experts in mental health and coping tools, with people who have lived experience. This means that some of the people working at the Discovery College will have lived experience of having a mental health problem, or caring for a young person who does.
We create a space for children and young people who might be struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, but it’s also for their friends from school or anywhere else, for their parents, carers, siblings and wider family
NOTE: wellness workshops delivered by the expert Tribe at Heal Oxford such as:-
– Natural stress release through the breath
