Breathwork Brunch

24 March @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

A morning of liberating Breathwork followed by a fresh, delicious, seasonal meal.
Nourish your body and soul at Breathwork Brunch!

Discover the powerful and life-enhancing benefits of Consicious Connected Breathwork, through a one-hour ‘transformational breathwork journey’ guided by Jess Symondson and Harry French.

Whether you’re an experienced breathwork practitioner or a first-timer looking to experience breathwork in a safe and well-held space, this is the perfect experience for you.

You’ll discover the powerful psychological and emotional benefits of this practice, as we guide you through a mind-altering journey, allowing you to experience new realms of consciousness, release trauma & stress, and discover untapped reserves of inner joy.

After the breathwork journey, we’ll come together at the long table to share a nourishing meal of delicious, seasonal vegetarian food.

We hope to see you there x

Your Hosts

Jess, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, & Greg a health food chef and event co-ordinator, launched Firelight to help people find their inner spark. After being affected by mental illness they saw the need for a place that humans could come together, disconnect from the digital world, and reconnect to themselves, each other & nature. They run a range of wellness and live events on a rural farm in Oxfordshire.

Harry French discovered breathwork during a period of burnout and trauma and soon trained to be a facilitator. He is from Yorkshire but lives in Amsterdam. He is the founder and of Bed & Breathwork, an on-demand breathwork platform for busy people who want to do quick and easy mindfulness rituals under their duvet at the start and end of their day. You can stream now on Patreon.

Please note that this event is not suitable for pregnant women and for those currently suffering with PTSD & heart conditions
