We are thrilled to announce that the Autumn Festival Fundraiser is happening on Saturday, October 5th, this year!
Join us at the farm from 12 PM to 4 PM for a delightful afternoon filled with nature, delicious food, and community spirit. Your participation will help us raise crucial funds to keep the farm running smoothly, care for our beloved animals, and support the vital community work we do every week. We warmly invite you to be part of this special day and contribute to our mission in a friendly, fun, and engaging way. We can’t wait to see you there!
We have various activities taking place including apple pressing – bring your apple glut and bottles with you to make your own delicious apple juice… arts & crafts with Renboga including making autumn leaf crowns, yoga with Katie McNeil, meet the animals, music, hot chocolate at the fire pit and more!
We have a delicous line-up of food vendors alongside our own cafe:
The Pizza Midwife – serving the tastiest pizzas, the Pizza Midwife will be on the Farm with a fun option for lunch..
Waste2Taste – delicious food with a conscience!
Oxford Community Action Kitchen – tasty global dishes
Damascus Rose Kitchen – delicious Middle Eastern food
Plus cheese toasties from Parasol Project and ice lollies from No Vice Ice.
Adult tickets are £5 each, children can come for free!

By joining us, you’re helping us sustain the farm, care for our animals, and support the essential community programs we offer throughout the year. Important – reusing and recycling is part of our Philosophy at Oxford City Farm, so we encourage you to bring mugs, plates and cutlery for you and the members of your family. It will be possible to rinse these on the Farm if you need to.

Refund policy
We aim to keep course costs as low and accessible with many of our events being pay what you feel. The courses we run help us to raise crucial untied funds to enable us to grow our work with the wider community such as our free to access Community Farming Sessions.
For events under £15 or pay what you feel the ticket price is non-refundable but tickets can be transferred.
For events over £15, we will refund you if you contact us 48 hours before the event to cancel. Please note that the Eventbrite fees are non-refundable (usually around 10%).
In the exceptional circumstances where we need to cancel the event (staff sickness; extreme weather) then we will get in touch to ask if you would like a full refund including the Eventbrite fees or if you would be happy to donate your fee to charitable aims of the Farm.
IMPORTANT INFO:
The festival starts at 12pm – please avoid arriving earlier, as the staff will be busy setting up the space.
Vulnerable adults, and people under 18 years old, must attend accompanied by an adult or support worker, who will be responsible for their well being and safeguarding while on the Farm.
It is hard to know the number of visitors in advance for these events. Sometimes the Farm receives many visitors, so the space can be noisy and busy.
No dogs allowed on the Farm.
Oxford City Farm is a smoke-free site.
There is NO parking available inside the Farm. We kindly ask visitors not to park in the Care Home parking.
How to find the Farm:
Look for the Isis Care Home car parking entrance on Cornwallis street, and walk to the green gate at the end of it. That is the entrance of the Farm.
