a new play inspired by Urania, the muse of astronomy and stars

Andromeda is one of 48 constellations listed by Ptolemy, the 2nd-century Greco-Roman astronomer. For Adrianna, the stars and space have held her gaze since her first encounter with Andromeda in a school play, but the tragic death of her parents in a plane crash kept her firmly rooted on earth. Her fascination with the myth and the muse Urania remained a dream that she pursued through the lens of her uncle’s telescope. One day she inherits from her uncle a once-in-a-lifetime chance to travel to Mars on ‘The Arc’ spacecraft. Can Adrianna conquer her fear to travel to outer space? Yes she can.

Theatre Lab Company are known for dynamic, engaging, daring and visually stunning work.
