Costumed Picnic at Blenheim Palace

Stated as being England’s finest Palace, built at the start of the 18th century by Sarah Churchill, the first Duchess of Marlborough, this baroque building is most certainly one of the best in the country. We will meet at midday on the West side of the South lawn.
If you have any Georgian games feel free to bring them. We hope to do a little dancing on the grass. There will also be time to have an optional tour of the house.
Bring a picnic and come dressed in your finest Georgian or Regency picnicking attire.
Non-costumers very welcome. To blend in, those not in costume may wish to wear a long shirt (ladies) or a white shirt and pale trousers (gentlemen).
