TALK
Bob Brown: The 20th-Century Poet & the Augmented E-Reader – with Dr Eric White, Senior Lecturer in American Literature, Oxford Brookes University
6.30pm, Lecture Theatre

This lecture explores a revolutionary Reading Machine invented by the American avant-garde poet Bob Brown. Developing Brown’s vision for a 1930s e-reader, Dr White and John Twycross have developed an Augmented Reality version where users manipulate texts in real time. Visitors will have the chance to view this re-constructed marvel for themselves.
